Today was not at all as eventful as yesterday. After breakfast and loading up the car we drove through the Garden District and visited the gift shop at the Saint Clare Monastery where the Poor Clare Nuns sail some cool Christmas ornaments. We headed back to the business district and then the French Quarter. I wanted to get a few more pictures because yesterday was really overcast but today was bright and sunny.
Then it was time to leave NOLA and head on to Mississippi. We took the coast highway and got some great shots of the beaches. I stopped in at the Hard Rock in Biloxi and got my glass (I collect them). Soon we were entering Alabama and decided to spend the night in Mobile. That is all for day 3 and we should be in Florida tomorrow.
