I really hate election season. I get so very sick of the campaign ads on TV. I usually try to ignore them but this one in particular really pisses me off. There are just so many things wrong with this, This woman is blaming Bill White (a city mayor) for the death of her husband, a police officer, who was shot by an undocumented alien. Exactly what was Bill White suppose to do? Houston is not a border town. If someone in Texas should be heald accountable for border safty it should be the govoner but really it isn't even his job. Border security is a federal job...you know, that lovely Homeland Security that everyone loves so much. whoever thought up this ad is just plain stupid. However, what is even more stupid are the people who will watch this and agree that this was Bill White's fault. She said that she "trust Rick Perry to secure our safety" as the governor but he was the governor 4 years ago when her husband was shot. Do you still feel safe honey?
